Where are we?
Offering indulgence close to the cities of Leeds, Huddersfield and Manchester, ALEXANDRA HOUSE is located in a beautiful, Victorian house in the heart of Yorkshire, less than 2 miles from Junction 24 of the M62 and within of 1 mile Huddersfield town centre. We have a large car park which is free of charge.
Directions from M1
Exit at Junction 38 and bear left onto the A637 towards Huddersfield, follow on the A637 until you arrive at a roundabout and exit onto the A642 (Wakefield Road towards Huddersfield), then head straightforward onto the A629 (Penistone Road). Stay on this road for about 2 miles. At roundabout take the A62 (Queensgate, the first exit) and follow the ring road around Huddersfield. Turn left onto the A629 (sign-posted for Halifax and M62). At the first set of traffic lights, turn right onto Blacker Road. Murray Road is the 2nd left. The car park for ALEXANDRA HOUSE is on the right.

Exit at Junction 24 and take the A629 towards Huddersfield, continue on the A629 through one set of traffic lights and one set of pedestrian lights. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left into Blacker Road. Murray Road is the 2nd left. The car park for ALEXANDRA HOUSE is on the right.

The easiest way to reach ALEXANDRA HOUSE from Huddersfield Train Station is to take a taxi. This will take no more than 5 minutes.
