Bring health and well-being to your body and mind with nourishing and sensual face and body treatments and calming holistic therapies with our Face, Body and Soul Experiences.  Each Experience includes the following pampering treats: luxury paraffin hand wax treatment, use of two quiet luxurious relaxation rooms, fresh cakes, complimentary hot and cold drinks, including a choice of fresh fruit smoothies, spa robe and slippers.

Ultimate Relaxation (3 hours)

Relax and pamper your face and body and let go of any tension or worries with some wonderfully soothing and calming treatments. Included in the Ultimate Relaxation Experience are:

  • luxurious glyco-rose facial (30 minutes)
  • hot stone or Swedish back massage (30 minutes)
  • a choice of either meditation or light breathing exercises and relaxation (20 minutes)

Your skin will be refreshed and revived and you will feel wonderfully relaxed and at a ease.

Mother and Daughter Pampering (2.5 hours)

Spend some quality time with your Mum/daughter with this totally relaxing Experience. Included in the Mother and Daughter Pampering Experience are:

  • luxurious glyco-rose facial (30 minutes)
  • a choice of Indian head massage or Hopi ear candles or Reiki therapy (45 minutes)

Spoil each other and enjoy the wonderful treatments that will leave your skin refreshed and your mind de-stressed.

Nurturing Mum-to-be (3 hours)

Our Nurturing Mum-to-be Experience is perfect for pregnant ladies to treat themselves to some luxurious treatments and pampering before the arrival of their new baby. Included in the Nurturing Mum-to-be Experience are:

  • luxurious holistic facial - includes scalp, hand, and arm massage (60 minutes)
  • wonderful foot ritual (30 minutes)

Enjoy the wonderfully relaxing facial and the foot ritual that will give that part of your body that you may not be able to reach some special attention and help to ease any swelling or discomfort in your lower legs and ankles.

Serenity (4 hours)

Enjoy our holistic Serenity Experience that includes an advanced and deeply relaxing facial, stress-relieving back, hand, arm and foot massage and either Hopi ear candles or Reiki therapy to leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and balanced. Included in the Serenity Experience are:

  • luxurious holistic facial - includes scalp, hand, and arm massage (60 minutes)
  • relaxing back massage (30 minutes)

Tranquillity (4 hours)
Rebalance your body and energy with the Tranquillity Experience - a selection of holistic treatments that will cleanse your mind and help to balance the energy flow in your body. Included in the Tranquillity Experience are.

  • reflexology (60 minutes)
  • luxurious glyco-rose facial (30 minutes)
  • one-to-one yoga (45 minutes) or Indian head massage (45 minutes)

Refresh and Revive (4 hours)
Going on holiday and need to prepare your skin before you relax in the sunshine? Maybe you need a post-winter boost to freshen up your skin? Or perhaps your body just needs a general 'pick me up'? Our Refresh and Revive Experience is ideal to revitalise your body and skin. Included in the Experience are:
  • full body exfoliation and massage followed by a luxurious moisturising treatment (90 minutes)
  • glyco-rose facial (30 minutes) or Indian head massage (30 minutes).
Escape from everyday life, unwind and relax and give yourself some well-deserved attention and care. Your skin will feel radiant and refreshed and you will leave feeling cleansed, moisturised and revived.

Romantic Couples (4 hours)
Share some quality time with your partner with our Romantic Couples Experience. You can have your treatments together in our double treatment suite, then head for our luxurious relaxation room where you can cuddle up on our double lounger. Included in the Romantic Couples Experience are:
  • nourishing back massage (30 minutes)
  • luxurious holistic facial (60 minutes)
  • Indian head massage (45 minutes)
